I intend this webpage to be a compilation of public service announcements that I have authored. These are going to be ones that are really practical, none of that "well duh!" stuff such as don't play with dynamite or eat poison. Of course this webpage is a work in progress and I will be adding items now and then, changing the design and such so check back frequently. Also please send me a comment and feedback, I will post what I feel is appropriate.
When in the company of a man just because there is silence doesn't mean that you have to fill it with the sound of your voice. If it is impossible for you not to talk a lot (which is probably the case) then please pause periodically to allow the man to get a word in edgewise. If you do deign let the man to say a word now then, you should pretend that you really care about what he is saying. Have an attentive look on your face with the appropriate expression. If you respond to a man's comment keep it on topic, nothing says "not really listening to you" as much as changing the subject. I am not saying that you shouldn't talk, just don't talk just for the sake of talking.
Shoppers you do not need to steer a zig-zag course in order to keep from being torpedoed. However, you may very well get rammed in the stern or quarter by a fast moving frigate. Proceed down one side or the other of the aisle on a steady course and scan left and right looking for your purchases. If you need to stop and get something, look over your shoulder to see if another shopper is approaching. Be considerate of other shoppers.
The name of the state is California, or CA if you have to abbreviate it. Cali is an abbreviation for Santiago de Cali, a city in Colombia. If you spent more time in school studying and less time texting with your "peeps" then you would know that.
